A Manila-based firm is planning to put up a 12-storey twin tower condominium in Brgy. Ma-a, Talomo District, its top official said.
Teresita G. Alforque, project director of RPRP Ventures Management and Development Corp., said in a letter addressed to Councilor Arnolfo Ricardo B. Cabling, chair of the committee on housing, rural and urban development, on May 2 that it would be dubbed as Linnville Residences.
“The condominium project is purely devoted to residential units that will cater to the low to middle target market,” Alforque said.
The proposed project will comprise two towers at 12 storeys each with 314 units of different size types like studio and two bedroom units. The first two levels will be devoted to parking units with 95 slots available for sale.
The condominium will also have service shops, lap pool and function room units.
“It is our utmost intention to introduce this type of development on the property given a very upbeat market condition in the city for condominium projects and this will likewise address the need for housing within the city proper,” Alforque said.
The property where the proposal will be constructed has a land area of 2,622 square meters.
At present, the company is seeking clarification before the city council especially the committee on housing, rural and urban development if the location needs reclassification from medium density residential zone to accommodate the proposed project.
